I'VE SEEN A MISSING CHILD

If you have seen a missing child, immediately contact local law enforcement.

To the best of your ability, provide law enforcement officials with the following information:

		How do you know the child is missing?
		Who is the missing child?
		When and where did you see the child?
		Was the child with anyone? If so, what did they look like?
		What was the child wearing? And, if accompanied, what was the person with them wearing?
		What kind of vehicle were they in? In what direction were they traveling?
